No Refund Policy At Everella, we strive for excellence in every product. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for "change of mind," personal preference, or incorrect selection.

Exceptions for Damaged Goods The only exception to our no-refund policy is if the item arrives damaged, defective, or broken. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must follow these requirements:

  1. Unboxing Video: Customers are required to film a continuous, unedited video while opening the package to document the condition of the items upon arrival.

  2. Notification: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi.everella@gmail.com with your order number and the unboxing video.

  3. Resolution: Once the defect is verified by our team, we will process a replacement or a refund.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, tampered with, or damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
