1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed and quality checked within 1-2 days after payment confirmation. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Estimates

• Domestic (Thailand): 1-3 days for Bangkok and vicinity, 3-5 days for other provinces.

• International: 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs procedures.

• Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, a Tracking Number will be provided via email or your chosen communication channel.

4. Shipping Liabilities

• Everella is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• Important: Risk of loss passes to the customer once the tracking status is marked as "Delivered." We are not liable for packages stolen or lost after successful delivery.
